We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, choosing the wrong size or no longer wanting an item.

We will assess the issue and explain the next steps. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited to faults noticed on arrival.

Size exchanges for change of mind are considered case by case and depend on stock availability. Contact us as soon as possible before sending an item back.

Australia: standard 5–8 business days; express 3–5 business days after dispatch.

This gives you first access to limited pieces, sizes, and colour-ways before the full release goes live.

Any early-access shipping offer will be announced with that drop, including its eligibility and time limit. Applicable offers are shown at checkout.

Our standard free-shipping offer applies to eligible orders of $200 AUD or more.
