Processing your order

Allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Our pieces are pre-made unless the product page states otherwise. Any pre-order dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page.

We will email your tracking details once your order has shipped. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates after dispatch

Australia — Standard: 5–8 business days.
Australia — Express: 3–5 business days.
International — Standard: 7–14 business days.
International — Express: 4–8 business days.

These transit estimates are in addition to the 1–3 business day processing period. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays or customs clearance. Available services are shown for your delivery address at checkout.

Shipping costs

Australia: Standard $10 AUD; Express $20 AUD.
Eligible international destinations: Standard $25 AUD; Express $50 AUD.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $200 AUD or more. Express shipping remains a paid option. Checkout confirms your eligibility and final shipping charge, displayed in the available checkout currency.

We ship within Australia and to these international destinations: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Availability depends on your delivery address and the shipping options offered at checkout. If your destination is not available, contact us before ordering.

International duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges. You are responsible for charges not already collected at checkout. Your local customs authority can explain any charges that may apply.

Tracking and delivery support

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to correct it, or your tracking stops updating or shows a delivery issue, email hustlaaco@gmail.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
